If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order details and we will arrange a replacement or a credit.
Unused stock
Unused products in their original, unopened packaging can be returned by agreement. Get in touch before sending anything back so we can confirm the return details with you.
Hygiene and safety products
Some PPE and hygiene items cannot be resold once opened. Where that applies to your order we will tell you before the return is agreed.
